Widely known for the Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral is located in the city of Cape Canaveral, home to beautiful beaches and Brevard Zoo.

Nassau's sheltered harbor bustles with cruise-ship activity, while a block away Bay Street's sidewalks are crowded with shoppers who duck into air-conditioned boutiques and relax on benches in the shade of mahogany and lignum vitae trees. Shops angle for tourist dollars with fine imported goods at duty-free prices, yet you'll find a handful of stores overflowing with authentic Bahamian crafts, food supplies, and other delights. With a revitalization of downtown ongoing—the revamped British Colonial Hilton leading the way—Nassau is recapturing some of its past glamour. Nevertheless, modern influences are completely apparent: fancy restaurants, suave clubs, and trendy coffeehouses have popped up everywhere. These changes have come partly in response to the growing number of upper-crust crowds that now supplement the spring breakers and cruise passengers who have traditionally flocked to Nassau. Of course, you can still find a wild club or a rowdy bar, but you can also sip cappuccino while viewing contemporary Bahamian art or dine by candlelight beneath prints of old Nassau, serenaded by soft, island-inspired calypso music. A trip to Nassau wouldn't be complete without a stop at some of the island's well-preserved historic buildings. The large, pink colonial-style edifices house Parliament and some of the courts, while others, like Fort Charlotte, date back to the days when pirates ruled the town. Take a tour via horse-drawn carriage for the full effect.

Between Montego Bay and Ocho Rios, Falmouth is located on Jamaica’s north coast. Take a walk through Jamaica’s history and local cuisine, dare to take a ride down the river on a tubing tour, visit the local sites and learn about Bob Marley’s history, and see where he was influenced to make his music on a tour of his local village.

Previously called Little Stirrup Cay, Coco Cay is now a private island owned by Royal Caribbean International. The resort offers exclusive activities and relaxation for their cruise line passengers.

CLASSIC AMERICAN STEAKHOUSE
For over a decade, the chefs at Chops Grille have proudly presented quality, hand-cut steaks at this hallmark Royal Caribbean restaurant. This prime beef is joined by Maine lobster, grilled branzino and other succulent dishes paired with addictive side dishes and irresistible desserts.

Open for lunch on sea days only.
MENU HIGHLIGHTS
The best way to begin a meal at Chops Grille is with the charred beef carpaccio, sliced thin and served rare with fresh arugula, Parmesan cheese, and truffle mustard dressing. If you’re a seafood lover, upgrade your menu with one of the restaurant’s chilled seafood towers — each comes with jumbo shrimp, green-lipped mussels, clams, Jonah crab claws, and Maine lobster. As far as entrees go, the tender filet is one of the most popular items on the menu. If nine ounces is a bit too much for you, opt for the smaller 6-ounce petite filet — it packs in just as much flavor as the standard cut. If you’re a traditionalist, complement your meal with an order of steaming Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and creamed spinach, or change things up with Chops’ signature gruyere cheese tater tots and truffled French fries. And don’t forget to save room for a refreshing slice of tart key lime meringue pie or classic New York cheesecake, served with raspberries and lemon confit.
PRO TIP
The chefs at Chops Grille will hand cut, season, and grill each steak to your specifications. When in doubt, don’t be afraid to ask for the chef’s recommendation. - Izumi:
THE HOTTEST SUSHI SPOT AT SEA
From delicious sushi rolls to fresh sashimi and nigiri, Izumi serves up an exotic Asian-inspired dining experience. Savor izakaya-style appetizers and rolls that range from classic to imaginative. MENU HIGHLIGHTS
From the appetizer list, don’t miss the shrimp and vegetable tempura, served golden-fried to perfection and paired with savory tentsuyu bonito stock for dipping. From the carpaccio section, the octopus yuzu chimichurri is also a fan-favorite. It comes drizzled with the house ponzu olive oil, course kosher salt, yuzu citrus chimichurri, and masago smelt eggs. If you’re dining with an appetite, try the yaki udon. It spotlights thick, stir-fried udon noodles topped with tender grilled chicken, beef, shrimp or tofu. And get your sushi fix with one of the chef’s signature rolls — foodies love the baked snow crab and salmon dynamite roll, which fuses cool cream cheese and cucumber with spicy mayo, garlic-chili oil, citrus, and a decadent champagne sauce. For dessert, choose between an assortment of creamy, chewy mochi and crispy sesame balls served with red bean and strawberry sauce.PRO TIP
Dining with little ones? Ask for a kids’ menu. It’s got plenty of smaller-sized versions of Izumi’s sushi, tonkotsu ramen, and even teriyaki.

Many of the dishes on the Main Dining Room’s menu rotate each night, which means you could go an entire week without ever repeating a course. Then, choose from international entrees like Moroccan spiced ahi tuna served over mint couscous, sautéed spinach and tequila peppers with a cool yogurt vinaigrette. Or mojo-marinated bone-in pork loin paired with sweet potatoes, broccoli and a cumin-citrus reduction. Dessert is also worth getting excited about, with options like sweet cream-soaked tres leches, home-style carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, and a light and fluffy Grand Marnier soufflé.

- Packing Tips:
Personal Items:
We suggest that guests transport all their medications in their carry-on luggage to minimize the potential for diversion or loss of medications and advise that all medications remain in their original, labeled prescription containers. It is also advisable to pack at least three days of extra medication in the event of an unexpected change in the itinerary of the voyage.
Clothing:
When you’re on board, the right look will vary by venue. But here are a few types of suggested attire you’ll see, grouped by occasion. Shoes should be low-heeled for deck activities. Bring a few swimsuits (so you will always have a dry one). Ashore, you’ll need comfortable walking shoes.
If you're cruising to the Caribbean, Mexico or other warm weather destinations, bring a hat for protection from the sun. If your cruise vacation will take you to Alaska, Canada & New England or Northern Europe, be sure to pack a jacket and several sweaters.
Casual: You're on vacation – relax! Jeans, shorts, tees, tank tops, polos, sundresses and blouses are all the right amount of laid back. Please keep swimwear to the Pool Deck.
Smart Casual: Think of this as a step up from your typical dinner wear. Dress to impress with jackets, sports coats, blazers, collared shirts, dresses, skirts and blouses, or pantsuits.
Formal: Make it a night out in your best black-tie look – suits and ties, tuxedos, cocktail dresses or evening gowns.
Last Night of Cruise: Bring an overnight bag for your last night at sea. Staff will collect your luggage the night before disembarkation and you will need an overnight bag to carry your nightclothes and toiletries.
- VOOM:
VOOM is the name of our high-speed internet service, the fastest internet at sea.
With the installation of VOOM, you are no longer confined to a specific location on the ship to have connectivity. You can now stay connected from the comfort of your own stateroom, while you lounge by the pool and even while having a drink at the bar.
VOOM is 6x faster than any other internet at sea! For the first time you will be able to stream music and movies, upload pictures, video chat with family and friends using FaceTime or Skype, check your email, look your stock prices, surf the web and stay connected with work.
Royal Caribbean is the only cruise line with high speed internet at sea. Whether you have your phone, tablet, or laptop, VOOM allows guests to stay connected. VOOM is available onboard all ships fleetwide. Each one of our VOOM ships gets its signal directly from a satellite beam dedicated to our ships that orbits close to the Earth allowing us to offer fast and reliable service.
The cost of VOOM varies by the number of devices and the service package purchased. We recommend that guests purchase VOOM pre-cruise to enjoy the biggest discount from onboard prices. Simply log in to My Cruises, and go to Cruise Planner.
- Alcohol Policy:
Guests are not allowed to bring beer or hard liquor onboard for consumption or any other use.
Alcoholic beverages (beer, seltzer, or hard liquor) seized on embarkation day will be returned at the end of the voyage provided that they are in the original sealed package. Security may inspect containers (water bottles, soda bottles, mouthwash, luggage, etc.) and will dispose of containers holding alcohol. Guests who violate any alcohol policies, (over consume, provide alcohol to people under the legal drinking age, demonstrate irresponsible behavior, or attempt to conceal alcoholic items at security and or luggage check points or any other time), may be disembarked or not allowed to board, at their own expense, in accordance with our Guest Conduct Policy. Guests who are under the permitted drinking age will not have alcohol returned to them. Please Note: All guests must comply with TSA guidelines for transporting liquids.
On embarkation day, each guest of drinking age may bring one (1) sealed 750 ml bottle of wine or champagne. Boxed wine and other containers are prohibited. Guests who purchase alcohol bottles onboard, in a port-of-call, or bring more than the one permitted bottle on boarding day, will have their items safely stored by the ship. These bottles will be returned on the last day onboard for enjoyment once home.
For consecutive sailings, guests of drinking age are allowed to bring one (1) 750 ml bottle of wine or champagne for each individual sailing. Additional bottles will be stored by the ship and delivered, one bottle at a time, to the stateroom on the first day of each new voyage. Guests bringing more than one bottle at the start of the first sailing should have documentation for any consecutive sailings available to share with security.

- A portable room kit in your stateroom is available upon request. It includes a visual-tactile alert system that provides alerts for door knocking, telephone ringing, alarm clock and smoke detector.

Sign-language interpreting services are provided for main production shows, port and shopping presentations and other major activities on a shared basis for all deaf guests on board. A request for sign-language interpreting services should be made with the Access Department at the time of booking but no later than 60 days prior to sailing. Requests are subject to the availability of interpreters. Sign-language interpreting services are provided on cruises that depart from and/or return to the U.S. and Canada.
- Mobility Disabilities:
Our goal is to make all our guests as comfortable as possible, both on and off the ship. Our cruise ships have spacious corridors to accommodate 180 degree turns for wheelchairs. Most decks are accessible through automatic doors, and all public rooms feature entrances with gradual inclines.

When parked throughout the ship, they must be parked out of the way to allow safe and easy access by other guests and crewmembers.
Assistive devices should fit through a standard stateroom entry doorway which is at least 23 inches wide. We offer accessible staterooms which have wider doors which are at least 32 inches wide and may accommodate larger devices. If a guest is booked in an accessible stateroom and they do not have a mobility disability or other disability that requires the use of the features that are provided in the accessible stateroom, they may be moved at any time to another non-accessible stateroom in order to accommodate a guest with a disability.
Please note that we investigate and take action on potential misuse of accessible staterooms where there is good cause to believe that such staterooms have been booked fraudulently.
