Itinerary
Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Day 1 - 06/03/26 | 12:00am - 4:00pm

Like many southeast Florida neighbors, Fort Lauderdale has long been revitalizing. In a state where gaudy tourist zones often stand aloof from workaday downtowns, Fort Lauderdale exhibits consistency at both ends of the 2-mile Las Olas corridor. The sparkling look results from upgrades both downtown and on the beachfront. Matching the downtown's innovative arts district, cafés, and boutiques is an equally inventive beach area, with hotels, cafés, and shops facing an undeveloped shoreline, and new resort-style hotels replacing faded icons of yesteryear. Despite wariness of pretentious overdevelopment, city leaders have allowed a striking number of glittering high-rises. Nostalgic locals and frequent visitors fret over the diminishing vision of sailboats bobbing in waters near downtown; however, Fort Lauderdale remains the yachting capital of the world, and the water toys don’t seem to be going anywhere.

Freeport, Grand Bahama
Day 2 - 07/03/26 | 8:00am - 4:00pm

Freeport is the tourist centre on Grand Bahama Island. With surroundings filled with beautiful sights and opportunities for exciting activities, Freeport should have something of interest for most visitors. Most notable attractions of the area include the Garden of the Groves, a 12-acre botanical garden, and Port Lacuya Marketplace.

Nassau
Day 3 - 08/03/26 | 8:00am - 5:00pm

Nassau's sheltered harbor bustles with cruise-ship activity, while a block away Bay Street's sidewalks are crowded with shoppers who duck into air-conditioned boutiques and relax on benches in the shade of mahogany and lignum vitae trees. Shops angle for tourist dollars with fine imported goods at duty-free prices, yet you'll find a handful of stores overflowing with authentic Bahamian crafts, food supplies, and other delights. With a revitalization of downtown ongoing—the revamped British Colonial Hilton leading the way—Nassau is recapturing some of its past glamour. Nevertheless, modern influences are completely apparent: fancy restaurants, suave clubs, and trendy coffeehouses have popped up everywhere. These changes have come partly in response to the growing number of upper-crust crowds that now supplement the spring breakers and cruise passengers who have traditionally flocked to Nassau. Of course, you can still find a wild club or a rowdy bar, but you can also sip cappuccino while viewing contemporary Bahamian art or dine by candlelight beneath prints of old Nassau, serenaded by soft, island-inspired calypso music. A trip to Nassau wouldn't be complete without a stop at some of the island's well-preserved historic buildings. The large, pink colonial-style edifices house Parliament and some of the courts, while others, like Fort Charlotte, date back to the days when pirates ruled the town. Take a tour via horse-drawn carriage for the full effect.

Day 4 - 09/03/26 | 7:00am -

At Izumi Sushi, indulge in a four-course meal that includes one starter, two mains and one dessert. From the starters list, don’t miss the prawn firecracker spring roll, served golden-fried to perfection and stuffed with prawn, crab meat and the perfect balance of sambal chilli with cream cheese. For your main course, if you’re dining with an appetite, get your sushi fix with one of the chef’s signature rolls – foodies love the baked snow crab and salmon dynamite roll, which fuses cool cream cheese and cucumber with spicy mayo, garlic-chilli oil, citrus and a decadent champagne sauce. For dessert, choose between an assortment of creamy, chewy mochi, traditional green tea ice cream, a decadent chocolate lava cake or crispy sesame balls served with red bean and strawberry sauce.

    PRO TIP

Dining with little ones? Ask for a kids’ menu. It’s got plenty of smaller-sized versions of Izumi’s sushi, teriyaki and more.

Then, choose from international entrees like Moroccan-spiced ahi tuna served over mint couscous, sautéed spinach and tequila peppers with a cool yoghurt vinaigrette. Or mojo-marinated bone-in pork loin paired with sweet potatoes, broccoli and a cumin-citrus reduction. Dessert is also worth getting excited about, with options like sweet cream-soaked tres leches, home-style carrot cake with cream cheese icing and a light and fluffy Grand Marnier soufflé.

    Attire

    Smart Casual

    Insider Tip

Open for lunch on sea days only.

    MENU HIGHLIGHTS

The best way to begin a meal at Chops Grille is with the charred beef carpaccio, sliced thin and served rare with fresh rocket, Parmesan cheese and truffle mustard dressing. As far as mains go, the tender filet is one of the most popular items on the menu. If 255 g is a bit too much for you, opt for the smaller 170 g petite filet – it packs in just as much flavour as the standard cut. If you’re a traditionalist, complement your meal with an order of steaming Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and creamed spinach, or change things up with Chops’ signature gruyere cheese potato croquettes and truffled French fries. And don’t forget to save room for a refreshing slice of tart key lime meringue pie or classic New York cheesecake, served with raspberries and lemon confit.

    PRO TIP

The chefs at Chops Grille will hand cut, season and grill each steak to your specifications. When in doubt, don’t be afraid to ask for the chef’s recommendation.

    Attire: Smart Casual

How to purchase: Cruise Planner or Onboard

    MENU HIGHLIGHTS
First things first – ask for an order of the house focaccia, which comes with marinated artichokes, olives and pesto. And don’t miss the antipasti per due, an appetiser big enough for two that comes heaped with Italian salami, prosciutto, marinated anchovies, grilled artichokes, Cambozola cheese and more. There are plenty of tasty options to choose from if you’re a pasta lover, from parpadelle with pancetta in a rich radicchio cream, to taglierini tossed with cherry tomatoes, calamari, bay scallops and pesto. And if you’re craving a hearty Italian-style main course, try the polpette alla romana — tender veal meatballs in a rich tomato-herb sauce — or the costolette d’agnello alle erbe — grilled lamb chops served in a Merlot reduction with baby vegetable caponata and sautéed spinach.

    ATTIRE

    Smart Casual

    MENU HIGHLIGHTS

The starter station at Samba Grill is heaped with enticing bites to kick off your meal, but save room for the main course – a tantalising selection of Brazilian-inspired dishes that you’re going to have a hard time choosing between. Go for an order of picanha, Samba Grill’s signature cut of top sirloin, or the tender and juicy fraldinha, cut from the bottom. You can also indulge in succulent grilled lamb chops, called cordeiro. If you prefer poultry, don’t miss the house frango – tender chicken breast wrapped in bacon that’s been sizzled to perfection. End your meal with something sweet and refreshing, like a piña colada panna cotta, or something rich and decadent, like a thick chocolate layer cake.

    PRO TIP

Samba Grill is famous for its Brazilian caipirinha. If you love a great cocktail, make sure you try one.

  • Dog House:

CRAFTED HOT DOGS WITH A TWIST

Everybody loves a great hot dog. Some like theirs served the classic American way – between toasted buns with a drizzle of mustard, ketchup and relish. Others prefer theirs course-ground and sprinkled with sauerkraut, old-world style. And some like hot dogs crafted with a creative twist – like a chicken-sausage flavoured with juicy apple. Whatever kind of foot long you fancy, Dog House serves up the best sausages at sea.

    Attire: Casual

    MENU HIGHLIGHTS

If you’re a traditionalist, go for the Coney Island dog, made with classic American beef. Or opt for authentic old-world flavour with a German Thuringer made from finely minced pork. Want to change things a bit? Try The Big Apple, a chicken sausage cooked with apple for a subtle burst of sweetness. Or bite into The Smoke House, a pork Bratwurst seasoned with traditional spices for just a hint of heat. No matter which sausage (or sausages) you choose, they all pair perfectly with a side of home-style potato salad or refreshing coleslaw..

    PRO TIP

Customise your hot dog at Dog House with a wide variety of condiments and toppings – all available for you to help yourself.

    NOTE

Both on port and sea days, Dog House closes at 7 p.m.

  • Room Service:

    DELICIOUS DELIVERED TO YOUR DOOR

Want to savour a meal in the comfort of your stateroom? Order delicious in-room dining at any time – day or night. Tuck into breakfast in bed with a fresh omelette or a steaming stack of pancakes. Or enjoy an intimate date night in after a long day of adventure onboard and ashore. Room service makes it easy to treat your taste buds without having to set foot outside your door.

Note: Room service menu may differ by sailing.

    MENU HIGHLIGHTS

The continental breakfast items on the room service menu are complimentary, but you can also upgrade with fried eggs or an omelette if you want something a little heartier. You can even make brunch boozy with mimosas or the Ultimate Bloody Mary. If you’re ordering lunch or dinner, choose from flavourful finger foods like crispy chicken tenders, a melt-in-your-mouth cheese toastie, hot dogs your way or the much-loved Royal Burger – it’s 225 g of prime Wagyu beef topped with crispy bacon and aged cheddar on a toasted bun. The creamy classic tomato soup, grilled quesadilla and fried chicken wings are also guest favourites.

If you love bourbon, try the Buffalo Manhattan, which swaps whiskey for Buffalo Trace with sweet vermouth and a splash of Angostura bitters. And if you’re having trouble deciding between spirits, order the Boston Iced Tea Party, made with Tanqueray gin, Bacardi Superior rum, Absolut vodka, triple sec, and sweet and sour mix. Want to try something really different? Ask for a beertini or cockt-ale – mixed drinks infused with brews to create one-of-a-kind libations you can savour slowly.

    PRO TIP

If you’re new to the beer world, check the menu. Some include guides to help you navigate all the different beer styles and flavours.

  • Accessibility:

Assistance on & off the ship

We have personnel with wheelchairs who provide assistance with pushing wheelchairs on and off the ship using gangways and boarding bridges. Please note our personnel are not permitted to lift guests. During peak times there may be a wait for assistance. Please see Getting On and Off the Ship for additional information. If you need further assistance, please contact our Access Department at special_needs@rccl.com or 866-592-7225.

Accessible staterooms are held for people with disabilities until all other non-accessible staterooms in that category are reserved. Upon reserving an accessible stateroom, we require that our guests acknowledge the need for the accessible stateroom by completing a Guest Special Needs Form.

If a guest is booked in an accessible stateroom and they do not have a mobility disability or other disability that requires the use of the features that are provided in the accessible stateroom, they may be moved at any time to another non-accessible stateroom in order to accommodate a guest with a disability.

Please note that we investigate and take action on potential misuse of accessible staterooms where there is good cause to believe that such staterooms have been booked fraudulently.

We encourage you notify us of your needs at the time of booking, to guarantee the availability of specific equipment or services.
